I focus on tenanted property because it's what most investors want to own and it's the hardest thing to find. Landlords selling with tenants in place rarely list on the portals. They'd rather sell quietly, without disturbing the tenant. So I write to them directly, every month, across England and Wales.
I don't buy these properties myself. My job is to find them, check them properly and get them to a buyer who wants them. I'm paid by the buyer's fee, set out on the fees page.
